This process starts with learning about customers’ current and future requirements and obtains confirmation of our understanding from the customer. This confirmation provides clarity and confidence to both parties about the objectives. We believe that the most critical component of our PM process is flexibility. It means the ability to adapt changes in requirements, timelines, and other aspects of the project directed by the customer. Our team then visualizes all the deliverables to make sure it fulfills the needs of a function that will be part of the project. This visualization ensures the direction and minimizes ambiguity. The next step is to complete the tasks to deliver the project. This includes a review of the design, verification, validation, site acceptance test, installation, customer acceptance, and project review.
A vital component throughout the project is effective communication. In our process, we identify contact names, roles, responsibilities of the members involved in the project (from both Saqtel and the customer).
